Who we are
This service is operated by Mário Morais, trading as "Music 4 Life" ("we", "us"), the seller you contract with when you place an order. By using this site and ordering a song, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
The service
We create personalized songs, written and produced with the help of artificial intelligence, from the story, names and memories you send us. Every song is reviewed by a person before being delivered by email, in digital format, anywhere in the world.
Prices and payments
The price is shown on the site; the final total, including applicable taxes, is displayed before confirmation. Payments are processed through Stripe by card or MB WAY where available. Mário Morais is the seller and is responsible for invoicing, tax filing and remittance.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam, nor submit content that infringes third-party rights, contains hate speech, harassment, deepfakes or illegal material. You must not interfere with the site's security (malware, probing, scraping). You are responsible for the text you submit and must ensure you have the right to use it.
Rights and content
You keep the rights to the story you send us and grant us a limited license to use it solely to create your song. The finished song is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. The site, brand and software are our property. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules; repeated infringement may lead to order cancellation.
Availability and accuracy
We do our best, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. Songs are created with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain imperfections; every order is reviewed by a person before delivery.
Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or refuse orders in case of breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud risk or repeated rule violations.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order, and we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profits, data or opportunities). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved in the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your consumer rights.
