We use this data to create and deliver your song (performance of a contract), provide customer support, prevent fraud and keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and improve the service. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent.
Who we share it with
We share data with hosting and AI service providers to create your song, Stripe to process payments and calculate taxes, and authorities when required by law. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes described and to meet legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to portability, restriction and objection. You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month.
